Plumspotter

Plumspotter

Plumspotter is a social network for music discovery. As of this writing, it is currently at roughly 500 members and growing.  I currently serve as Creative Director, Designer, and Front-end Developer.  This ambitious site is also built entirely in Javascript, using various services for API calls. Drop me a line for an invite. We are currently still in private beta.

YMCA Twin Cities

YMCA Twin Cities

The YMCA Twin Cities project was a first of many for Clockwork.  The process involved a lot of collaboration with the client, on-the-fly updates and various in-browser designs.  I worked on initial concepts and helped design and produce the front-end of the entire site in-browser.

The Bobcast

The Bobcast

Venturing into the world of podcasting brings about all sorts of new challenges and opportunities. The Bobcast is a small startup that already has hundreds of downloads a month, with guests, and the occasional sponsor.  From the ground up, the Bobcast needed an identity, and a site that was casual and fun with a bit of an edge.  Available through iTunes, the podcast also needed elements such as album artwork.  Overall The Bobcast is still turning out episodes on a regular basis, and the site frequently updated with new thoughts and opinions from both of the “Bob’s” and “Box”.  New guests also appear on a regular basis, and the fan base is growing.

MobileWait

MobileWait

MobileWait, was a small startup out of Columbus Ohio, and saw a lot of development both from a branding perspective and from the application as it slowly made it’s way into restaurants all around the country.  This site was put together to give a fresh but strong feel to the MobileWait host in it’s previous design.

Raising Students

Raising Students was built to house some research by myself and a team of aspiring educators for a post-grad class.  The fresh but simple design was meant as a holding ground for the research we gathered and a new media through which to share and exchange ideas with our fellow classmates.

Samuel Adams

Samuel Adams approached MobileWait with the intent to build a quick online form to compliment their standard mail contest entries.  MobileWait obliged building a fully featured contest registration with text message response, full design, development and hosting services.

Launch Media Inc

Launch Media Inc

LaunchMedia wanted to jump into the social scene with a site that was easy to update, tied in their contact information and social networks, and allowed for aggregate information. The site is always fresh, and really delivers on the business philosophy of Launch Media.

Induct Chuck

Induct Chuck

An inspiring story about an undefeated quarterback who only wanted to play in the NFL. His story and the petition was set up at this site to retroactively induct Chuck Ealey into the Hall of Fame. The site was built around the idea of social networking and spreading the word for a good cause. Including an “email a friend”, donations page, gallery, petition and all stitched together in a rugged but animated graphics piece, in Toledo blue and gold. Done while with Vetta-Zelo Interactive Marketing.

Adrienne Page Photography

Adrienne’s site takes a slightly different approach to navigation, with the overall impression that you are in fact moving around a canvas. The movement in the site is very natural, with smooth transitions and a slow subtly scaling background to make the canvas come to life. This site was built to showcase Adrienne’s work, and help establish new connections for business.

Riley Hayes Advertising

Riley Hayes Advertising

Riley Hayes Advertising is constantly busy with new clients and new projects but needed a way to keep their portfolio updated quickly and easily. This site helps to reflect Riley Hayes’ new identity and showcase all of it’s work as it comes along.  The site is also entirely built using Progressive Enhancement and entirely without flash which allows for viewing on many popular mobile devices.
